We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Social Media Manager
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Start Date: Immediate
Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days remote

Job Summary

• Are you creative, social media-savvy, and passionate about content and community? We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to grow our brand presence, engage our audience, and bring fresh ideas to life across multiple platforms.

What You'll Do

• Create and manage content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
• Develop engaging and on-brand content (graphics, videos, captions, etc.)
• Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and trends in real time
• Analyze performance metrics and provide monthly reports
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and customer service teams
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years of experience in social media management or content creation
• Strong communication skills and a creative eye
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other design/video tools
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Passion for storytelling, branding, and digital trends

Nice to Have:

• Experience with paid social campaigns
• Photography or video editing skills
• Previous work in a fast-paced startup or agency environment.
