Job Position: Social Media and IT Officer

Responsibilities
Social Media:

• Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase our online presence, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Content Creation: Create engaging content for our social media channels, including text, images, and videos.
• Social Media Management: Manage our social media channels, including responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
• Metrics Analysis: Analyze metrics to optimize our social media strategy, including engagement rates, follower growth, and conversions.
• Promote the company's products and services through social media channels.

IT:

• Network Administration: Manage and maintain our computer network, including hardware, software, and internet connectivity.
• IT Support: Provide technical support to staff, including troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining computer equipment and software.
