???? Salary: ?100K – ?120K (base pay) + allowances + bonuses (Top performers earn up to ?400K/month!)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a driven Sales Supervisor to lead our Kano field sales team. You’ll manage agents, train them to onboard new sellers onto Jiji (Nigeria’s No.1 online marketplace), and drive targets.

What You’ll Do:
?? Lead & motivate a team of field sales agents.
?? Train agents to pitch Jiji’s benefits to sellers (small biz, merchants, etc.).
?? Monitor performance, report sales metrics, and ensure targets are met.
?? Build relationships with local businesses to grow Jiji’s seller base.

You’re a Good Fit If You:
? Have 2+ years in sales/supervision (field/offline sales is a plus!).
? Understand Kano’s market and can influence sellers.
? Are a target-driven leader with strong communication skills.
