Job Position: Sales and Marketing Manager
Job Location: Sangotedo, Lagos

Position Summary

• The Sales and Marketing Manager of Matrix Design and Works will research and develop marketing and sales strategies for the company.
• He/she will be responsible for driving sales by designing and implementing targeted marketing strategies. Maintaining customer relationships, tracking sales data, and creating performance reports.

Responsibilities

• Prepare marketing and sales strategies.
• Create and oversee marketing campaigns.
• Ensure the company meets the sales targets.
• Handling complaints/feedback from the clients.
• Negotiate deals with the clients.
• Maintain a healthy relationship with the clients.
• Conduct sales calls, product demonstrations, and presentations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns.
• Professionally answer client’s questions.
• Participate in exhibitions and conferences organized by the company.
• Create awareness of the products and services offered by the company.
• Prepare and present monthly reports on the company's sales performance.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitors' activity.
• Create promotional materials (brochures, flyers, social media content).
• Manage team sales, customer service, social media, and online marketing teams.
• Collaborate with contractors, interior designers and agencies on advertising and branding.

Requirements

• The candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in relevant with 5 - 15 years of work experience.
