We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Restaurant Female Cashier
Job Location: Ajah - Badore, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Days: Monday – Sunday
Day Off: 1 day off per week
Age Requirement: 25 years and above

Job Summary

• The Female Restaurant Cashier will be responsible for managing all cash transactions, providing excellent customer service, issuing receipts, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• She will serve as the first point of contact for customers making payments and must maintain a friendly and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer payments efficiently (cash, POS, transfers).
• Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier workstation.
• Report any discrepancies, machine faults, or customer issues to management.
• Follow all restaurant policies and financial procedures.
• Support front-of-house operations when required.

Requirements

• Female candidate, 25 years and above.
• Previous experience as a cashier, customer service staff, or related role (preferably in a restaurant).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Basic mathematics and record-keeping skills.
• Familiarity with POS terminals and payment reconciliation.
• Polite, trustworthy, and customer-focused.

Salary

• N90,000 per month.
