Job Position: Inventory Personnel (Graduate Trainee)

Job Location: Elele, Rivers

Job Summary


  • We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Trainee to join our Inventory Management team. 
  • The successful candidate will undergo comprehensive training in inventory control processes, stock management, and supply chain operations to support efficient warehouse and logistics functions. 
  • This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience and grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods and materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Support in preparing inventory reports and documentation.
  • Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of materials.
  • Follow safety and operational procedures in the warehouse.
  • Monitor stock levels and notify supervisors of low or excess inventory.
  • Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts.
  • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to optimize inventory flows.
  • Learn and utilize inventory software and ERP systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Financial Accounts, Accounts, statistics, or related field.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

  • Internship or prior experience in inventory.
  • Familiarity with inventory software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks).

Training & Development:

  • Structured on-boarding and training plan.
  • Mentorship from experienced inventory and supply chain professionals.
  • Exposure to end-to-end inventory management processes.

Salary
N100,000.00 - N150,000.00 / Month.
