Teal Harmony Nigeria Limited is a design and build company, we manufacture and sell furniture and import furniture fabrics, we also sell diffusers and accessories.We have a showroom to sell furnitures.

Job Position: Project / Site Supervisor
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are looking for a detail-oriented Project/Site Supervisor to oversee interior design projects from start to finish.
• The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a proven track record of successfully executing projects within an interior design firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of interior design projects, from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, designers, and suppliers to ensure timely project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Resolve on-site issues and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Provide regular updates to project managers and clients on project progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of experience as a Project/Site Supervisor in an interior design or construction firm.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar).
• Knowledge of interior design processes and materials.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
