We have a vast experience in the outsourcing business as we currently manage resources for major clients in all sectors of the Nigerian economy. In addition, our prolific manpower cuts across the 36 states in Nigeria. After successfully gaining ground in all the 36 states of the federation, we are gradually spreading our tentacles to other African Nations. We are currently registered to also do business in Ghana. Our framework is developed to fully support the businesses of our clients, ensuring continuous improvement of the outsourced services. This ultimately thrusts our clients to achieve their business objectives.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Project Director
Job Location: Lagos
Industry: Telecommunication / Energy

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects.
• Ensure projects adhere to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor project managers, coordinators, and cross-functional teams.
• Allocate resources effectively and optimize team performance.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Develop project budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Ensure cost control measures are in place and financial risks are managed.
• Track and report on financial performance against project objectives.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, executives, and key stakeholders.
• Provide regular project updates, reports, and presentations to senior management.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Address project challenges and roadblocks proactively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects across various industries.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Financial acumen and experience in budgeting and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.

Salary
N1,500,000 - N2,000,000 (net) per month
