Currently, our operations span across 17 locations in Lagos and Abuja, Nigeria, with rapid expansion plans to penetrate more locations in the short to medium term.

Job Position: Procurement Executive - Outstations

About the Role

  • We are a leading QSR in the Hospitality sector seeking a Procurement Executive to manage sourcing activities at our outstations.
  • The Executive would visit major markets, Farms and supplier locations to find reliable vendors, negotiate prices, and ensure items are bought on time and at good cost.
  • The role also involves using ERP tools for processing purchase orders and request, requires regular travel to Identify new vendors, monitoring of vendor performance and consistent research/market survey to stay updated on price changes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify Farm Produce/items that are cheaper to buy in outstation regions or more cost-effective to bring in from other regions
  • Research and identify markets and supplier hubs within your outstation to find quality vendors for all food and non-food items.
  • Vet and register new vendors and distributors, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policy.
  • Process daily outstation Purchase Request and Purchase Orders using the ERP system (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365).
  • Monitor market trends and price changes regularly and share insights with the Procurement Manager.
  • Keep proper records of all purchases and coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and finance teams for smooth procurement operations.

Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Admin, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in QSR, hospitality, or FMCG.
  • Field experience with vendors in local and rural markets.
  • ERP knowledge (esp. Microsoft Dynamics 365) and strong negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word for reporting.
  • Willingness to travel often and work independently.
  • Hausa or Yoruba fluency is a plus, depending on the region.
