We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Order Fulfillment Officer
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Reports To: B2B manager

Job Summary

• The operations coordinator is responsible for B2B marketplace order fulfillment operations, in order to give EZEE customers and sellers a seamless delivery experience in an efficient manner, to fulfill Raya strategy, goals and objectives set by management.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with the sellers on a daily basis to prepare their orders and drop them in EZEE WH.
• Follow up with the warehouse to make sure that the dropped items correspond to the ordered items.
• Update order status on marketplace spreadsheets on a daily basis, either delivered or returned.
• Follow up with the seller to collect the returned items, and update the marketplace spreadsheets accordingly.
• Confirm the payment collection per order and update the data accordingly.
• Send to finance the daily report of the delivered orders.
• Send to finance the weekly payment request per seller.
• Confirm with the sellers their received payments and account balances.
• Make the training to the sellers when needed.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze large sets of data and draw conclusions.
• Excellent attention to detail.
