Job Position: Operational Manager
Job Location: Abule-Egba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead and optimize all operational functions across AWARI Homes’ property portfolio. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and hands-on experience in hospitality or short-term rental operations.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership:

• Lead and oversee end-to-end operations across all shortlet and rental properties
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies, systems, and SOPs
• Ensure consistent service delivery and operational excellence across all locations.

Requirements & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or related field
• 4–5 years of proven experience in operations management, hospitality, real estate, or short-term rental management
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing multiple properties
• Strong knowledge of short-let operations and guest-centric service models
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in digital tools, booking platforms, and reporting systems.
