Job Position: Odoo Engineer

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• We are seeking to employ a talented Odoo Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in developing and enhancing the ERP solution.

Job Responsibilities

• Customize, configure, and develop Odoo modules to meet business requirements.
• Design and implement integrations between Odoo and third-party applications.
• Analyze and translate client needs into technical specifications.
• Maintain and optimize the performance of the Odoo system.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and project managers, to ensure project success.
• Document technical designs, processes, and workflows for future reference.

Requirements
Educational Background:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

• Proven experience working with Odoo (minimum 5 years).
• Familiarity with Odoo framework and ORM API.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and XML.
• Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Odoo certification.
• Experience in implementing multi-company setups.
• Knowledge of Docker and version control systems (e.g., Git).
