Job Position: Marketing / Sales Executive

Job Location: Abuja

Job Description

• As a Marketing/Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing property sales, and building long-term relationships with clients.
• You will play a key role in promoting our estates, driving sales growth, and helping clients make informed investment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote and market the company's real estate products
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company targets
• Identify new business opportunities and follow on leads
• Conduct property inspections and client site tours
• Manage client inquiries, provide professional relationships
• Maintain records of sales activities and prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Represent the company at real estate events, expos and opportunities

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum of HND or BSc in Marketing. Business Admin or related fields
• 1—3 years of experience in sales/marketing (real estate experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure
• Presentation and Public speaking skills
• Ability to build trust and connect with high-net-worth individuals
• Must be based in Akua or willing to relocate.
