We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Senior HSE Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities


  • Implements the Corporate HSE policies and procedures to develop HSE culture within the company through monitoring and recording of corporate HSE performance
  • Develop, implement and maintain a Safety Management System in line with ISO 45001 Standards
  • Develop HSE plans, policies & programs, and ensure implementation to achieve OHS objectives using ISO 45001: 2018 standard
  • Develop, design and conduct HSE trainings to all staff to enhance HSE culture.
  • Design and review site emergency management plan
  • Develop, implement and maintain an environmental Management System in line with ISO14001:2015 standards
  • Develop, implement and maintain a Quality Management System in line with ISO9001:2015 standards
  • Consult with other external authorities and other industry/company experts in order to keep abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practice in OHS.
  • Conduct routine drills to test Emergency preparedness for all likely emergency scenarios for all staff
  • Manage contractors’ operations and external visitors and ensuring their compliance with safety guidelines and statutory standards
  • Coordinate and supervise project site by providing Health and Safety program, plans and ensuring implementation in compliance with relevant standard
  • Certify all contractors to ensure compliance with the company HSE policies and standards
  • Maintain all required environmental records and documentation
  • Monitor and inspect fire extinguishers, fire alarms facilities and ensure, functionality, reliability and availability on demand in event of fire emergency
  • Provide first aid facilities and ensure that first Aid replaceable kits are up to date, available and accessible
  • Provide and maintain clearly marked muster and fire assembly points and ensure that they are always free of obstruction
  • Issuance of Work Permits (PTW) for Hazardous tasks
  • Carry out accident/ incident investigation and provide timely logging/ reporting of incidents keeping such records on company database
  • Conduct toolbox talks, safety moments and pep talks.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of HND / BSc Degree in Sciences, Engineering or relevant field is required
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in the same role and experience in sales of HSE equipment
  • Professional certification in occupational health and safety- HSE level 3, ISPON HSE3, IOSH managing safely or equivalents
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.

Skills and Competencies:

2.) Mechanical Engineer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support to fabricate design, evaluate, install, operate, or maintain mechanical equipment, systems or processes to meet requirements.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, or computer-generated reports
  • Determine project specifications by studying product design, client requirements, preparing cost estimates, and ensuring performance standards.
  • Prepare reliable budget estimates for proposals, bids and tenders.
  • Liaises with procurement for the purchase of needed technical equipment and provides specifications.
  • Manages the shift and overtime of technicians where necessary.
  • Develop project schedule and maintain schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
  • Investigate equipment failures or difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and recommend remedial actions.
  • Confer with engineers or other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, or provide technical information to accomplish related results.
  • Prepare project status reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends while recommending actions. § Maintains safe and clean project environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations and conformance to standards.
  • Maintains product and company reputation by complying with client specifications and regulations.
  • Participate actively in technical review and HAZOP/Constructability workshops
  • Perform supervisory role and ensure adequate project management in supervising the work and activities of technician(s) working on projects.
  • Promote HSE awareness; take responsibility and be accountable for own safety and safety of others.
  • Demonstrate the personal application of HSE procedures in daily performance and always comply to safety rules and regulation.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE Policies, procedures and perform all the HSE roles in the Policy handbook.
  • Perform other duties as assigned as required on projects.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years of cognate experience in a similar industry.
  • Professional membership of a relevant body in the Oil & Gas or Engineering industry
  • HSE Certification is an added advantage.
  • Ability to make good use of AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel will be added advantage.
  • MBA or Master’s degree is an added advantage.

3.) Driver

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Transporting clients, goods, or staff to and from specified locations in a timely and safe manner
  • Ensuring compliance with all road safety regulations and traffic laws
  • Conducting routine checks on the vehicle, including oil, water, battery, brakes, and tires
  • Ensuring the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times
  • Reporting any mechanical issues or needed repairs promptly to the employer or fleet manager
  • Familiarity with Lagos roads, traffic patterns, and alternative routes to avoid congestion
  • Using GPS or other navigation tools when necessary to determine the most efficient route
  • Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor with clients or passengers
  • Assisting passengers with luggage or other items as needed
  • Keeping a log of trips, fuel usage, and maintenance schedules
  • Ensuring all vehicle documents (e.g., license, insurance, registration) are up-to-date
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and ensuring passengers comply with safety measures such as wearing seatbelts
  • Being vigilant and proactive about road hazards and potential security risks.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Secondary School Certificate (SSCE)
  • Minimum of 2 – 5 years of proven driving experience, preferably in Lagos or a similar environment
  • Must have a valid Nigerian driver’s license and LASDRI
  • Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics is an advantage
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Must be physically fit and in good health.
  • Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Lagos roads and traffic regulations.
  • Ability to use navigation tools (e.g., GPS).
  • Must have a clean driving record.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, or public holidays if required.
  • Security awareness and the ability to handle emergency situations calmly.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
