Rolan Foundation is a not-for-profit organization established with a mandate to create a realistic, effective, and impactful difference in the lives of vulnerable and less-privileged persons living in urban, rural, and hard-to-reach communities in Nigeria. We achieve this through three-pronged approaches: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Capacity Development, and Welfare.

We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Business Development Officer (Female)

Job Location: Ondo Town, Ondo
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements


  • The applicant must be a female who resides in Ondo town. 
  • The applicant must have a minimum of 5 years working experience in the sales department of a reputable livestock farm or agricultural company. 
  • The applicant must be able to drive the sales of farm products within and outside Ondo states. 
  • The applicant will be responsible for the sale of farm products, particularly livestock products within and outside Ondo state; maintain a good relationship with customers.
  • Keep updated records of the sale of farm products.
  • Develop innovative ideas to drive the sales of farm products. 
  • The applicant must be computer literate and book keeping skills will be an added advantage. 
  • The applicant must be able to use Microsoft office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

2.) Program Officer (Female)

Job Location: Ondo Town, Ondo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The applicant will play a key role in designing, implementing, monitoring and assessing programs that align with Rolan Foundation's mission and objectives. 
  • The applicant must be able to raise funds to carry out programs, collaborate with diverse stakeholders particularly corporate organizations, government agencies and conglomerates. 
  • The applicant must have a minimum of 5 years working experience with a reputable NGO in Nigeria. Proficiency in Microsoft office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required and will be an added advantage. 
  • The applicant must be able to oversee program execution, ensuring alignment with established timelines, budgets and deliverables; coordinate efforts among internal teams, external partners and community members to ensure effective program delivery; cultivate relationships with donors, partners, government entities and local stakeholders; collaborate with fund raising teams to identify and secure financial support for programs.

3.) Social Media Officer (Female)

Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The applicant must be a female who must be able to develop and implement a localized social media strategy for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube; engage online communities by responding to comments, messages and inquiries in a timely and professional manner; create and schedule multimedia content tailored to Nigerian audiences, reflecting current trends and cultural contexts. 
  • The applicant must be able to write engaging contents for newsletters, blog posts, websites updates and press releases; create compelling stories that showcase the impact of Rolan Foundation's initiatives on communities and individuals; draft captivating scripts for promotional videos and online campaigns. 
  • The applicant must be able to independently use tools like canva to create visuals, infographics and short video contents; edit video contents and properly use camera for video shoots; ensure that all visuals are culturally relevant and aligned with the Foundation's brand guidelines.
  • The candidate must reside in Ibadan.
