1.) Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) Engineer

Job Description


  • We are seeking a highly skilled QA/QC Engineer to ensure quality control and assurance in our construction projects.
  • The successful candidate will develop and implement quality control plans, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry, including quality control principles, regulations, and standards. Experience working with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers will be an advantage.

  • Strong knowledge of construction quality control principles, industry standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Membership in relevant professional bodies is an added advantage (e.g. COREN, MNSE)
  • Experience with quality management software and tools (e.g., QMS, QMIS).
  • Knowledge of construction industry-specific software (e.g., Autodesk, Revit).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

2.) Workshop Engineer (Construction Equipment)

Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Workshop Engineer to join our team, specializing in the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of construction equipment, including Caterpillar, trucks, and other heavy-duty machinery.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is functioning efficiently, safely, and effectively.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction equipment, including Caterpillar, trucks, and other heavy-duty machinery, as well as experience working in a workshop environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of construction equipment, including Caterpillar, trucks, and other heavy-duty machinery.

  • 10 years of proven experience in maintaining and repairing construction equipment, including Caterpillar, trucks, and other heavy-duty machinery.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems used in construction equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with workshop management software and maintenance management systems.
