1.) Human Resources Business Partner

About the Role


  • We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to join our growing team. 
  • This role will be pivotal in aligning business objectives with employees and management across designated departments. 
  • The HRBP will serve as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues while acting as an employee champion and change agent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HR guidance and support to line managers and employees.
  • Foster strong employee relations and provide expert advice on HR policies and procedures.
  • Plan, implement, and oversee training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
  • Track and interpret HR metrics and data analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Lead workforce planning and succession planning initiatives in alignment with business goals.
  • Drive effective HR policy implementation and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal practices.
  • Recommend and implement strategies to improve performance, productivity, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and tailor HR solutions accordingly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 - 4 years of proven experience in an HR Business Partner or generalist HR role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in people management and fostering a high-performance culture.

Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 monthly

2.) Regional Business Manager

Job Locations: Kwara, Ogun and Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Regional Business Manager will be responsible for driving business growth for our e-commerce organization. 
  • The role requires building and managing relationships with key trade partners, negotiating deals, and executing strategies to increase sales and market share.

Operational Responsibitlies
Onboarding and Account Management:

  • Identify and onboard new accounts, ensuring seamless integration into the company’s system while providing necessary support and training to drive early adoption and sales performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, ensuring their needs are met while identifying opportunities to grow sales through enhanced collaboration and tailored solutions within OmniRetail's defined process framework.

Sales Strategy and Wallet Share:

  • Design and implement tailored sales strategies to drive revenue growth within ensuring alignment with overall business objectives (OmniRetail’s margin strategy).
  • Implement sales strategies that will ensure the sales of all categories of products to clients and also ensure repeated transactions.
  • Ensure that delivered goods are displayed by clients and FIFO is followed.

Negotiations & Partnerships:

  • Lead negotiations with potential and existing partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for the company.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations for potential clients and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts, promotional offers, and terms of business with modern trade partners.

Logistics and Delivery of goods:

  • Oversee the end-to-end logistics and delivery process from OmniBiz MFCs to the customers.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure stock delivery from OmniBiz MFCs to customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts regarding logistics and delivery issues, resolving challenges to maintain client satisfaction and trust.

Credit Management:

  • Ensure adherence to OmniBiz’s credit policies by assessing and approving credit terms for clients in collaboration with the Growth Manager.
  • Regularly review client account balances, monitor payment schedules, and take proactive steps to minimize overdue payments and credit risks.

Performance Reporting:

  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, account growth, and key metrics of clients to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Gather and analyze data on market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior, providing actionable insights through detailed reports.
  • Track and report on the financial and operational performance of clients, highlighting areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 7 - 8 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales within the e-commerce, retail, or FMCG industries.
  • Proven experience in managing key accounts and driving growth in FMCG channels.
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian e-commerce and retail landscape.
  • Prior experience negotiating and closing high-value deals.

Salary
N600,000 - N700,000 monthly.

3.) Account Manager - Modern Trade 

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Objective

  • Creating and executing campaigns to generate leads and establishing relationships with new clients, ensuring onboarding success, and identifying upsell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Market Research:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industries, and emerging market trends.
  • Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing client bases.

Lead Generation:

  • Create and execute targeted campaigns to generate leads through email marketing, social media, content marketing, and other digital channels.
  • Identify and qualify prospects to ensure high-quality leads.

Conversion Strategies:

  • Develop and implement tactics to convert leads into clients, including targeted outreach, product demonstrations, and trial offerings.
  • Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers to facilitate deal closures.

Sales Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and enablement.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support deal execution and client satisfaction.

Competitor Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze competitors' strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Adapt strategies based on competitor activities and market dynamics.

Campaign Measurement:

  • Track and analyze campaign performance, measuring ROI and other relevant metrics.

  • Stay current with industry developments, trends, and best practices to enhance client acquisition and retention strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in account management, preferably within HORECA or modern trade sectors.
  • Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
