1.) Bio-Medical Engineer


Job Location: Benin, Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Overview

  • The Bio Medical Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, designing, developing, and managing biomedical equipment in our hospital, ensuring it functions efficiently and safely to meet patient care needs.
  • Additionally, we require a candidate capable of fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our healthcare facility.

Responsibilities
Procurement

  • Advice Management in the procurement of any medical devices backed up by extensive research on price, quality and maintenance and after sales service plans.
  • Complete all new Medical Equipment Acceptance form. Report and follow up with the resolution of any discrepancy.
  • Liaise with technicians and manufacturers to ensure the feasibility of a product in terms of design and economic viability.

MedicalSupport

  • Provide engineering support to the clinical and diagnostic Departments as approved by the organization’s Management.
  • Conduct bio-medical research to solve clinical problems using a variety of research tools to gather relevant data.
  • Organizing clinical trials for the testing of medical equipment

General Maintenance and Repair

  • Carry out repair and maintenance of medical equipment
  • Prepare and present spare parts request to the Facility/Maintenance Manager/Procurement Managerin a timely manner to ensure constant availability of supplies.
  • Execute regular safety checks (electrical) and investigate safety related incidents

Qualifications

  • Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, HND in Bio-Medical Engineering or any related science discipline.
  • Added Advantage: Masters in Bio-medical or a technical certificate in Bio-Medical Engineering or any related science discipline etc.
  • Minimum Requirements: 3 years
  • Added Advantage: > 5 years.

2.) ICT / Connectivity Officer

  • As an ICT / Connectivity Officer at Lily Hospitals, you will provide fast & useful technical assistance on computer systems, and answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them.
  • It is essential you possess good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively a problem and explain its solution.
  • The goal of this job role is to ensure that the technology used by the organization runs smoothly and effectively.

3.) People and Culture Associate

Job Location: Benin, Edo

Job Description

  • The People and Culture Associate will support the People and Culture department in various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.
  • This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in HR and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events, surveys, and recognition programs.
  • Provide support in performance management processes, including tracking performance reviews and assisting with employee development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a similar capacity.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
