We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Regulatory Pharmacist

Job Location: Oshodi - Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities


  • Develops strategies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Responsible for authorisation of production, Batch Manufacturing Record (BMRs), and document review
  • Make sure all professional activities undertaken by you or under your control are covered by adequate professional indemnity cover.
  • Ensures Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is adhered to
  • Registration of products with the National Agency for Food Drugs. Administration and Control (NAFDAC)
  • Ensure that Production and manufacturing operations are carried out in compliance with the current WHO GMP, National Regulatory Authority Standard (NAFDAC, PCN, Federal Ministry of Labour and Productivity), and NIS ISO 9001:2015.
  • Liaising with bodies such as the Pharmaceutical Group of the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (PMGMAN), National Agency for Food Drugs Administration and Control (NAFDAC), Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN), Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (PSN), Federal and State Ministries of Health, Customs and Excise Authorities
  • Handling of market complaints with QC/QA
  • Stay abreast of GMP, Pharmacovigilance, and CGMP guidelines regarding product development and compliance
  • Processing and obtaining chemical permit for Dana Group of companies
  • Oversee the registration and renewal of the premises (Including Warehouse) license with the Pharmacist Council of Nigeria (PCN) annually as contained in chapter 152 of the pharmacy law.
  • Oversee the activities of the regulatory unit as it concerns compliance, registration, and renewal of licenses.
  • Ensure that all legal and professional requirements covering operations in the premises are adhered to
  • Guiding the management and internal clients to comply with regulatory requirements
  • Participation in advocacy, public corporate responsibility programmes and maintains a cordial relationship with stakeholders in our business.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a B. Pharm Degree with 5 years of work experience.

2.) Marketing Executive

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our organization. 
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products and services. 
  • This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis.

Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and improve upon existing marketing strategies to maximize company profit
  • Conduct market research to assess current trends, brand awareness, and competitor ventures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Event Management and Activation:

  • Support events and activation programs to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement
  • Coordinate and oversee promotional events, exhibitions, and communication campaigns.

Advertising and Media:

  • Monitor ads like TV, Radio, Social media, etc. to ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Oversee content creation for publication across various marketing channels.

Marketing Assets and Materials:

Vendor Relationship Management:

  • Conduct competitive market research to inform marketing strategies
  • Maintain good rapport with professionals from other automobile companies and vendors
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure effective collaboration.

Data Management and Advertising Initiatives:

  • Manage all data and advertising initiatives to optimize marketing performance
  • Analyze data to track performance, measure user engagement, and refine marketing strategies.

Record Keeping and Financial Management:

  • Maintain accurate record keeping of all marketing bills and payments
  • Ensure timely payment and reconciliation of marketing expenses.

Content Creation and Publication:

  • Oversee content creation for publication across various marketing channels
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all marketing materials.

Requirements

  • BSc / BA / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role.

Skills:

  • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics methods
  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
  • Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM)
  • Ability to Meet Set Goals/Targets
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g., WebTrends)
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Creativity and commercial awareness.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.

3.) Security Officer

Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced and skilled Security Supervisor to join our team at Dana Pharmaceuticals, in Ibadan.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of our organization, ensuring the safety and security of our employees, assets, and premises.

Responsibilities
Supervise Security Personnel:

  • Oversee and manage a team of security guards
  • Ensure that security personnel are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.

Security Operations:

  • Monitor and respond to security breaches or incidents
  • Conduct regular patrols and inspections of premises
  • Ensure that security protocols and procedures are followed.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate security risks.

Emergency Response:

  • Respond to emergency situations such as intrusions, fires, or medical emergencies
  • Coordinate with emergency services as needed.

Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate records of security incidents and breaches
  • Prepare and submit security reports as required.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a safe and secure working environment
  • Liaise with law enforcement agencies and other external stakeholders as needed.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • National Diploma (ND) in any field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a security supervisory role.
  • Previous Experience is an added advantage
