We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Power Service Specialist

Job Purpose

  • To ensure constant repair and maintenance of power plant machines and equipment for effective production.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth running of power plants (Aggreko and Diesel engines) to avoid unplanned shutdown
  • Ensure uninterrupted supply of compressed air (both process and instrument air) to the factory at all times and daily/routine checks on equipment.
  • Ensure smooth change-over of power during power outage and communicate effectively with electrical team to achieve this.
  • Proper tagging of machine parameters and logbooks for record purposes.
  • Ensure all equipment are operated and effectively maintained according to Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) regulations, with the right Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) being used
  • Ensure employees comply with relevant Quality Management System (QMS), food safety, Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS) & Environmental Management System (EMS) policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a related industry
  • Knowledge of equipment handing, preventive maintenance and routine maintenance of Centrifugal compressors, screw compressors, Refrigerant Air Dryers
  • Knowledge of cooling towers operation, Diesel, Gas generator and Gas turbine operation and maintenance
  • Ability to handle natural gas and Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) equipment
  • Ability to operate centrifugal water pumps
  • Good communication skills - oral and written.

2.) Store Specialist

Job Purpose

  • This position is responsible for effective issuance of all materials (consumables, engineering spares, and equipment etc) to achieve documentation of receipt and processing of bills while items delivered without LPO are tracked accordingly.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain stock control: the self-assured receipt against LPOs, storage, and timely documentation.
  • Ensure good Inventory management- checking reorder level and ensure timely placement of requisition for replenishment.
  • Minimize the level of Stock Shrinkage and maintain accurate and detailed records of all stock movements both into and out of the Store.
  • Check all stocks received into and going out of the stores to ensure accurate records are kept
  • Ensure respective user departmental inspection of incoming materials and obtain certification before receipt of same into the Store
  • Maintain an up-to-date register and ensure tracker for materials on 'returnable and non-returnable basis’.
  • Ensure 100% shelf visibility and rack compliance by good manufacturing practice and ensure Safety Storage principles are followed.
  • Maintaining an up to date LOL Indent Register and produce regular reports and statistics as required
  • Ensure prompt documentation of materials/items receipt by generating SRVs and dispatch same with suppliers' invoice(s).
  • Full participation in all stock count activities (pre-stock and regular) and ensure all variances are resolved timely.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain or any other related disciplines
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Sound knowledge of ERP, Warehouse and Storekeeping
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving skills with attention to details and interpersonal skills.

3.) Risk and Compliance Supervisor

Job Location: Delta
Job Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

  • To support the effective identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of operational, financial, and compliance risks, and to promote a strong culture of compliance, internal control, and corporate governance across plant operations.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, assess, and monitor operational, financial, and compliance risks at the plant level.
  • Maintain an up-to-date plant risk register and track the implementation of agreed mitigation actions.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Follow up on the closure of audit, risk, and internal control findings, ensuring timely remediation and proper documentation.
  • Conduct spot checks and compliance reviews on high-risk processes and report observations to Head Office.
  • Support the implementation of enterprise risk management, internal control, and fraud prevention policies at the plant.
  • Escalate significant or emerging risk and compliance issues promptly to the Risk & Compliance Manager.
  • Prepare and submit monthly risk and compliance status reports to Head Office.
  • Facilitate employee awareness and training sessions on compliance, ethics, internal controls, and governance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Risk Management, Law or any other related disciplines
  • 4-6 years of experience
  • Relevant experience in risk management, compliance, internal audit, or internal control, preferably within a manufacturing or regulated environment
  • Report writing and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving skills with attention to details and interpersonal skills
