Job Description

• We are seeking a meticulous and organized Inventory Officer to manage and maintain accurate records of all stock items, spare parts, and materials within our logistics and workshop operations.
• The ideal candidate will ensure proper inventory control, stock accountability, and smooth coordination between procurement, maintenance, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date records of all inventory items and ensure proper documentation of stock receipts and dispatches.
• Conduct regular stock reconciliation and physical inventory checks to prevent discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate timely reorder requirements to the procurement team.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of materials and spare parts.
• Prepare and submit accurate inventory and usage reports to management.
• Work closely with the workshop and operations teams to ensure parts availability for fleet maintenance.
• Enforce inventory control procedures and maintain a clean, organized store environment.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in inventory or store management, preferably within the logistics, automotive, or manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical and record-keeping skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
