We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Internal Control Personnel

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Evaluate internal processes related to property acquisition, leasing, sales, and facility management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies (e.g., procurement, payment cycles, project execution).
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential areas of weakness or non-compliance.
• Review and monitor transactions, approvals, and financial records to detect discrepancies or violations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in internal control, auditing, or compliance, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.
• Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Experience as internal control in the real estate sector is necessary
