Job Description

• Are you an experienced Internal Control Auditor/Analyst looking for an exciting opportunity in the cosmetics industry?
• We are seeking a skilled professional to strengthen our internal control framework, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor internal control policies and procedures.
• Conduct audits to evaluate financial and operational controls.
• Identify risks, control gaps, and areas of non-compliance.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
• Work closely with departments to strengthen control frameworks.

Requirements

• Professional certifications such as ICAN, CIA, CISA, ACCA, or CPA are a plus.
• Cognate experience in internal control, auditing, or risk management.
• Background in a cosmetics-related company is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
