Job Position: HR Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Description 

• Implement and ensure compliance with approved HR policies, processes and procedures.
• Manage all employment benefits programme
• Source potential climates through various channels and manager end-end recruitment process
• Collaborate with team leaders to define job requirements and develop accurate job descriptions
• stay updated on labour laws and employment regulations to ensure the organization's compliance
• Certification is an added advantage
• Use of Microsoft Office tools
• Data Driven and attention to details
