Lington & Bernie Consulting Limited was established on October 8, 1999 to provide efficient and qualitative consulting services to the oil and gas industry as well as banks and financial institutions in the areas of human resources placement and management, human resources consulting services, tax administration and payroll services as well as oil and gas fiscal and contractual terms advisory services.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Hotel Manager
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise hotel operations, staff, and departments to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and handle guest complaints professionally.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and drive revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Oversee reservations, check-ins/check-outs, housekeeping, and facility management.
• Train and motivate staff to maintain excellent service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 - 7 years of proven experience in hotel management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in hotel management software is an added advantage.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 / Month.
