Beulah Adeoye Group is a Conglomerate of various businesses comprising a hotel, an oil sevicing company, Hospital, financial services and logistics services, located in Lagos & Oyo states and the United Kingdom. The headquarters is located at Beulah House, in the heart of Ibadan.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Hotel Manager
Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Customer Service:

• Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction.
• Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and service quality.

Operations Management:

• Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and maintenance.
• Monitor hotel occupancy, room rates, and bookings.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.

Financial & Budget Management:

• Develop and manage the hotel’s budget to maximize revenue and control costs.
• Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and analyze profitability.
• Implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining service quality.

Staff Management & Leadership:

• Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff.
• Ensure employees follow company policies and deliver excellent service.
• Foster a positive work environment and motivate staff to achieve goals.

Sales & Marketing:

• Develop and implement strategies to attract guests and increase bookings.
• Work with marketing teams to promote the hotel through online and offline channels.
• Establish partnerships with travel agencies and corporate clients.

Facility & Maintenance Management:

• Ensure all hotel facilities are well-maintained and operational.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs and improvements.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of financial management and budgeting.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and booking systems.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
