We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Hotel Club Manager

Job Location: Surelere, Lagos

Job Summary

• A Hotel Club Manager is responsible for the overall operation, management, and guest experience of the hotel's private club, lounge, or exclusive members-only area.
• This role focuses on delivering premium service, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high standards in hospitality, entertainment, and client satisfaction.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Operations Management:

• Oversee the daily running of the hotel’s club/lounge.
• Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and welcoming at all times.
• Supervise bar, service, and support staff to ensure smooth and professional service.

Guest Relations and Service:

• Greet and interact with VIPs, club members, and high-value guests.
• Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Ensure guests receive personalized and high-quality service.

Staff Supervision and Training:

• Recruit, train, and manage club staff including bartenders, waiters, DJs, and security personnel.
• Conduct performance evaluations and ongoing training to maintain service excellence.
• Create work schedules and manage labor costs.

Entertainment and Event Coordination:

• Plan and execute entertainment activities such as live music, DJ nights, or special events.
• Work with promoters and entertainers to attract and engage guests.
• Ensure events align with the hotel’s brand and attract the right clientele.

Sales, Marketing, and Membership Growth:

• Develop strategies to promote the club and increase footfall and revenue.
• Manage loyalty programs, club memberships, and VIP experiences.
• Collaborate with the hotel marketing team for campaigns and promotions.

Financial Management:

• Manage club budgets, pricing, and cost controls.
• Monitor revenue performance and profitability.
• Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and customer trends.

Health, Safety, and Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations (alcohol service, noise control, etc.).
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and staff, especially during late-night operations.

Facility and Inventory Management:

• Monitor condition of club facilities and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Oversee inventory of beverages, supplies, and equipment.
• Ensure proper stock rotation and quality control.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with at least 5 years of work experience.
