We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Finance Manager

Reports To: Chief Financial Officer
Role Overview
- The Finance Manager will handle the company’s financial health by managing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance processes.
 - This individual will work closely with leadership to align financial planning with the company’s strategic direction, ensuring that Spacefinish continues to scale sustainably.
 
Key Responsibilities
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop, implement, and monitor annual budgets and forecasts that align with business objectives.
 - Financial Strategy: Support the leadership team in financial planning, fundraising, and capital structuring decisions.
 - Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights into company performance, risks, and opportunities.
 - Tax & Compliance: Ensure timely tax filings, compliance with financial regulations, and liaise with tax authorities (LIRS, FIRS).
 - Financial Modeling: Develop models to support business planning, cost optimization, and investment decision-making.
 - Financial Control: Oversee accounting operations, audit preparation, and process improvement initiatives.
 - Team Leadership: Mentor and manage finance team members to build capacity and accountability.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
 - Minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
 - Professional certification (ACCA, ICAN, CFA) is required.
 - Proven experience managing an organization with annual revenue above ?700 million.
 - Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, fundraising, and investment planning.
 - Experience in industries like construction, real estate, consulting, or design/build is an advantage.
