Job Position: Female Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Job Location: Gudu, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• We are seeking female Sales Executives to join our real estate team in Gudu, Abuja. The ideal candidates must reside in or around Gudu and be ready to work immediately.
• This role involves marketing and selling real estate properties, engaging prospective clients, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and sell company properties to prospective clients
• Identify and follow up on new sales leads
• Attend site inspections and client meetings
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
• Provide accurate information about properties to clients.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
• Female candidates only
• Must live in Gudu or nearby areas (proximity is very important)
• Must be ready to work immediately
• Previous sales or real estate experience is an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Remuneration

• Salary: N55,000 monthly.
• Performance-based incentives (if applicable).
