We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Facility Manager
Job Location: Obudu, Cross River
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilties

• Manage maintenance and repair schedules for all facilities.
• Supervise technical and maintenance staff.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Oversee contractors and vendors.
• Manage budgets for maintenance and utilities.

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree / HND qualification in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility or maintenance management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
