Job Position: Executive Assistant to CEO on Membership Drive / Legal Services
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary


  • To serve as am EA to CEO on Membership Drive/Legal Services and provide administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer.
  • As an EA to CEO on Membership Drive/Legal Services, you will demonstrate technical skill, excellent writing and presentation skill, effective communication, research abilities, computer literacy, and must be detail oriented.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing clerical support to the Chief Executive Officer on a wide range of administrative duties, including dictated instructions, taking minutes, transcribing documents, preparing confidential report, writing letters, taking official phone calls, and making travel arrangements.

Responsibilities

  • Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including but not limited to commercial agreements, employment contracts, and license agreements.
  • Provide guidance on corporate governance and compliance issues, including company policies and procedures.
  • Stay current on changes in laws and regulations affecting the organization.
  • Research, anticipate, and guard the company against legal risks.
  • Collaborate with departmental heads to provide strategic and tactical legal support.

Qualifications

  • First Degree in Law
  • Must have been called to the Nigerian Bar, and completed NYSC.
  • Proven experience in research, analysis, and advisory on fundamental business matters
  • Experience in providing clerical support, minutes writing, and general administrative duties.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
  • You have solid experience in Business Establishment, Contract Management,
  • Ample experience drawing up and reviewing legal documentation such as contracts, NDA's, MOU's etc.
  • Good grasp of Nigeria's Legal Environment and laws
  • Strong written and verbal communication skill
  • Must reside within close proximity to Lekki, VI, Ajah, and its environment.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
