Job Position: Digital Marketer / Growth Specialist

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 2 - 4 years of work experience.

Required Specifications:

• Proven experience in SaaS/digital marketing/growth hacking with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in video production/editing (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut).
• Expertise in social media marketing (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and community engagement.
• Hands-on experience with paid ads (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn Ads) and A/B testing.
• Strong SEO, content marketing, and email marketing skills (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
• Analytical mindset with ability to track KPIs (conversion rates, ROI, etc.).
• Self-starter who thrives in remote work with minimal oversight.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with B2B SaaS subscription models.
• Basic graphic design (Canva, Photoshop).
• Knowledge of affiliate/partner marketing.
