Job Summary

• As our Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in person in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
• Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and handling billing inquiries.
• Track and follow up on customer feedback, ensuring continuous improvement in customer service quality.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years in customer service or related field
• Proven experience in customer service or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
