Job Description

• We are seeking a smart, personable, and energetic Customer Service Representative (Lady) to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive an excellent customer experience while also supporting the marketing and sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage clients, guiding them through property viewings and inspections.
• Record short property tour videos for social media and promotional ads.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, including follow-ups on leads and inquiries.
• Provide accurate information about available properties and services.
• Maintain strong client relationships by ensuring satisfaction and timely feedback.
• Support the sales and marketing team with administrative and field-related tasks.

Requirements

• Female candidate, preferably with customer service or sales experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor when engaging with clients.
• Ability to create simple property walkthrough videos (training will be provided if needed).
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Must be based in Abuja and willing to move around for property showings.
