Description

• Are you warm, articulate, and passionate about customer service? Our fast-growing creative studio – offering Photography, Videography, Video Editing, and Studio Rental Services – is looking to hire a Customer Relations Personnel to be the welcoming face and voice of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to studio clients (walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries) professionally and promptly
• Manage appointment bookings and follow-ups for photography/video sessions and studio rental
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction before, during, and after sessions
• Maintain and update client records and communication logs
• Assist with managing studio’s social media DMs and basic inquiries
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
• Help promote studio packages, upsell services, and build positive client relationships

Ideal Candidate should

• Be female, smart, courteous, and confident
• Have a Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar customer-facing role (experience in a creative or studio setting is a plus)
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be well-presented, organized, and attentive to details
• Be able to handle clients in a calm and professional manner
• Be tech-savvy – social media & basic office tools
