We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Compliance / Audit Officer
Job Location: Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Compliance Functions:


  • Develop, implement, and maintain company policies and procedures aligned with regulatory and ethical standards.
  • Monitor local, national, and international laws relevant to the gaming industry(e.g., data protection, employment law, industry regulations).
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with corporate governance frameworks and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, AML, KYC, tax laws).
  • Train and educate staff on compliance policies and legal obligations.
  • Serve as the point of contact for regulatory bodies, audits, or investigations.
  • Maintain a compliance risk register and recommend corrective actions for non-compliance.

Audit Functions:

  • Conduct internal audits to evaluate financial records, operational practices, and internal controls.
  • Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of processes and recommend improvements.
  • Identify potential areas of risk or irregularities in financial reporting.
  • Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Coordinate with external auditors when required and facilitate audit readiness.
  • Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in compliance, internal audit, or risk management roles.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CISA, CFE, ICA, or CAMS) is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems, legal frameworks, and compliance tools.
  • Excellent analytical and investigative skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and/or compliance platforms.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
