Amel International Services Limited was incorporated on 15th June 1987 as a Private Limited Company to engage in the manufacture of a range of food products: (i) Baking Lines, (ii) Breakfast Cereals.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Brand Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Role

• We are hiring an innovative and strategic Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of brand initiatives that drive growth, visibility, and profitability.
• The ideal candidate will combine analytical insight with creative excellence to strengthen brand equity and market share.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and campaigns.
• Oversee product packaging, pricing, and promotional communication.
• Conduct market research to identify consumer insights and growth opportunities.
• Manage budgets and collaborate with creative and media agencies.
• Track and analyze brand performance metrics and ROI.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG brand management.
• Strong analytical, creative, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
