Job Position: Accounts Payable Officer

Job Location: Makun City, Ogun
Employment Type: Contract
Duration: 6 months

Job Description

• The Account Payable Officer is responsible for reviewing invoices for accuracy and ensure compliance with company policies before approving payment.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 3-4 years work experience.

Key KPIs:

• Complete source documents
• Reduced error rate in posting
• Accurate VAT and WHT application on bills
• Accurate vendor offline statement of account
• Bill processing time of 1hr upon receipt.

Deliverables and Duties:

• Billing – Scrap Vendors
• Vendor Payment
• Petty Cash Management
• VAT & WHT.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
